Project Body UK Leaves us for Good

It is very sad news but Project Body UK which was set up over 5 years ago has ceased trading.

However, as with many sad stories there is a silver lining and  those who were involved in the Project Body business have all moved on to set up their own businesses.  This has meant much of the services that we offered as a club at the Body Centre have been kept just in new locations

Rachel Charlesworth has started Bodybuddha

Lisa Dickinson is continuing her personal training and Kettlercise classes

Alex Lilliman has launched her Pilates classes in Ruddington

We may have been given a blow to our overall plans but as always we dust ourselves off and start again
